Thank you for shopping with THE GOAT SOCIETY | ENGINEERED FOR GREATNESS. Please review our return, refund, and fulfillment policy carefully before completing your purchase.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMELINE

All THE GOAT SOCIETY products are produced and fulfilled specifically for each order.

Please allow up to 30 calendar days from the date of purchase for order processing, production, fulfillment, shipping, and delivery.

Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, THE GOAT SOCIETY is not responsible for carrier-related delivery delays.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the made-to-order and custom-production nature of our apparel, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for:

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
Ordering the incorrect size, color, or product
Fit or personal preference
Normal variations in garment color, fabric, texture, printing, or production batches
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, damaged after delivery, or otherwise used
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
Refused or unclaimed packages

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, sizing information, colors, quantities, and shipping details before completing an order.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Refund consideration is available only when an item arrives physically damaged or materially defective due to production, manufacturing, or shipping damage.

Customers must contact THE GOAT SOCIETY within 72 hours of confirmed delivery and provide:

Order number
Clear photographs of the damaged or defective product
Photographs of the original packaging and shipping label when shipping damage is involved
A description of the issue

Claims submitted without sufficient photographic documentation may not be approved.

All claims are subject to review and verification.

APPROVED CLAIMS

When a damage or defect claim is verified and approved, THE GOAT SOCIETY may, as appropriate and subject to applicable law:

Replace the defective item, reproduce the item, issue store credit, or provide a refund for the affected product.

Refunds are not automatically issued simply because a claim is submitted.

Any approved refund will generally be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

SIZE & FIT

Please carefully review the available sizing information before purchasing.

Because our products are produced specifically for each order, incorrect sizing selections are not considered product defects and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

NATURAL PRODUCTION VARIATIONS

Minor differences may occur between production batches due to fabric, dye, washing, printing, temperature, materials, and manufacturing processes.

These natural variations are common within apparel manufacturing and are not considered defects.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders enter the fulfillment and production process quickly.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, modified, exchanged, or refunded, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Please verify your order carefully before completing checkout.

LOST, STOLEN & DELIVERED PACKAGES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Orders confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier are not eligible for automatic refunds due to theft, loss after delivery, or inability to locate the package.

Customers should contact the applicable shipping carrier and notify THE GOAT SOCIETY so the situation can be reviewed.

FINAL SALE ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By completing a purchase from THE GOAT SOCIETY, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted this Return & Refund Policy, including our up-to-30-day fulfillment and delivery timeline and ALL SALES FINAL policy.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal, state, or local law.
