THE GOAT SOCIETY was founded by Founder/CEO Voshawn Johnson, aka VJ, and creates apparel designed for athletes, entrepreneurs, creators, dream chasers, and individuals committed to discipline, personal development, execution, and becoming the highest version of themselves.

All brand names, logos, designs, artwork, slogans, photography, graphics, product concepts, and other intellectual property associated with THE GOAT SOCIETY are protected as described in these Terms.

3. PRODUCTS & PRODUCT INFORMATION

We work to present our products as accurately as reasonably possible.

However, product colors, textures, washes, prints, embroidery, measurements, materials, and appearance may vary slightly due to:

Screen and device displays
Lighting and photography
Fabric characteristics
Dye lots
Printing methods
Manufacturing processes
Vintage, snow-wash, or sunfade treatments
Production-batch differences

Minor variations that are normal characteristics of apparel manufacturing are not automatically considered defects.

Product descriptions, specifications, sizing information, photographs, and availability may be updated or corrected at any time.

We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, redesign, or change products without prior notice.

4. MADE-TO-ORDER & CUSTOM PRODUCTION

Many THE GOAT SOCIETY products may be:

Made to order
Printed after purchase
Embroidered after purchase
Custom decorated
Produced specifically for an individual order

Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all selections before completing checkout.

This includes:

Size
Color
Design
Quantity
Shipping address
Contact information

Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

5. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of that order.

We reserve the right, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to refuse, limit, cancel, or place additional verification requirements on an order for legitimate reasons, including:

Suspected fraud
Unauthorized payment activity
Pricing or listing errors
Product unavailability
Inventory or production limitations
Incorrect customer information
Suspected resale abuse

Technical or processing errors

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and the customer is legally entitled to reimbursement, the appropriate payment will be refunded according to applicable law and our policies.

6. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices displayed on our store are subject to change without notice.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

THE GOAT SOCIETY orders may require up to 30 calendar days from the date of purchase for production, fulfillment, shipping, and delivery.

Customers should allow the full fulfillment timeline when ordering.

Delivery timelines may be affected by production schedules, carriers, weather, holidays, supply-chain issues, customs, or other circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates any cancellation, refund, or other rights that cannot legally be waived when an order cannot be shipped within an applicable promised timeframe.

8. RETURNS, REFUNDS & FINAL SALES

All purchases are subject to our separate Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Because many products are produced specifically for each order:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL EXCEPT WHERE OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

We generally do not provide returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse
Change of mind
Incorrect size selected by the customer
Incorrect color selected by the customer
Fit preferences
Normal production variations
Items damaged after delivery
Worn or washed products
Incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer

Refund, replacement, reproduction, or store-credit consideration may be available when a product arrives physically damaged or materially defective due to manufacturing, production, printing, or shipping damage, subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

9. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Customers claiming that an item arrived damaged or materially defective must follow the procedures established in our Return & Refund Policy.

Documentation may include:

Order number
Clear photographs of the product
Photographs showing the claimed defect
Packaging photographs
Shipping-label photographs
A description of the issue

Claims are subject to review and verification.

Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a refund.

10. SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY

is owned by, licensed to, or otherwise lawfully used by THE GOAT SOCIETY.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, sell, manufacture, imitate, commercially exploit, or create derivative products from protected content without prior written authorization.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property embodied in that product.

12. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use our website, products, content, or services to:

Violate any applicable law
Commit fraud
Misrepresent your identity
Infringe intellectual-property rights
Introduce viruses, malware, or malicious code
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or customer information

Where legally permitted, our total liability arising directly from a specific purchase will not exceed the amount actually paid to THE GOAT SOCIETY for the affected order.
